I studied film in LA and worked as a wedding videographer for three years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, I returned to Korea, where I spent four years creating not only wedding videos but also various event and social media videos. Now, with a baby on the way, I've moved to Michigan, my wife's hometown, and I'm excited to restart my video business in this new place.
Over the past seven years, I've worked on many types of video projects, but I find the most joy in filming weddings. Capturing the beginning of a family's journey is incredibly fulfilling and an honor for me. One of the differences I've noticed between Korea and the United States is that Americans prioritize family above all else. While this may seem obvious, I realize that in our busy lives, we often lose sight of what's truly important.
As an immigrant who left my family in Korea, I've come to understand the preciousness of family, something I didn't fully grasp when I was younger. Through my work in videography, I want to help other families preserve their most cherished moments.
With my experiences from LA and Korea, my goal is to document the stories of diverse people from various cultures. Additionally, I'm introducing a new photobooth service, which is very popular in Korea these days. I am deeply committed to helping families archive their special moments. With a strong interest in family history, I understand the importance of preserving these memories. My role involves ensuring that every detail is taken care of, from scheduling and administration to client bookings, but my true passion lies in the stories we help tell through our work.
Through our videography and new photobooth services, I strive to contribute to the creation of heirloom pieces that families can cherish. My goal is to help families keep their connections strong and vibrant, preserving their cherished memories in a way that is both beautiful and meaningful.
